What a TUALCOM Technical Sales Executive does:

As a Technical Sales Executive at TUALCOM, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities, and managing accounts, across the UK and beyond.

You’ll identify and engage potential customers, many of whom are in the defence space, build relationships with key decision-makers, and showcase how our cutting‑edge GNSS, RF, and Radio Navigation solutions meet their needs.

You’ll play a key role in delivering strategies, representing us at trade shows and events, and helping create impactful marketing materials.

You’ll also act as a trusted technical consultant—confidently presenting our products, delivering demonstrations, providing hands‑on support to customers, as well as responding to RFPs and preparing quotes accurately. From nurturing existing client relationships to managing leads in our CRM, you’ll ensure every opportunity is followed through to success. By keeping a close eye on competitors, technologies, and market trends, you’ll help us stay ahead and continue to grow in this dynamic industry.

What we need from you:

To be open, honest, up‑front & transparent from the beginning, this role, when not a client site, will be based 5 days a week, in our Docklands offices, London E14.

We’re looking for a technically minded, commercially driven professional with a background in engineering—ideally electrical, electronic, or communications engineering. Equivalent qualifications will also be considered.

You’ll bring experience in selling technical products and services, backed by strong technical acumen that allows you to translate complex concepts into clear value for customers.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships. Native Turkish language skills are a plus, though not essential.

Also highly desirable would-be prior experience of working with defence customers or defence‑related government bodies.
