Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Property Manager in Chatham to manage a portfolio of residential properties. The role involves coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining landlord-tenant relationships. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, handling disputes, and onboarding new landlords. Qualifications
