• Experience in a Client Accountant position focusing on service charges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse audit findings.
• Produce year-end financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors and property managers.
• On-board new business financial information.
• Prepare Section 20B notices.
• Calculate and reconcile utility billings.
