Qualifications

  • Experience in legal administration or paralegal work is essential.
  • Strong administration experience supporting a team is required.
  • Prior experience in legal, property or commercial conveyancing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of leasehold and freehold property holdings.
  • Coordinate rent, service charges, and utility recharges.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants on property matters.
  • Assist with lease interpretation and legal documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Solicitor and Legal & Estates Director.
