Job description
Company Overview

IN4 Group is a leading international professional technology training and skills provider, with operations across the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Delivered through a proven regional blueprint, the Group unlocks the potential of local talent to drive sustainable productivity and prosperity for industry, communities, and the local economy. Its mission is to ensure fair access to technology futures, underpinned by its DNA: to humanise technology, create a connection to place, and maintain a culture of belonging.

The Group comprises award-winning specialist training divisions with a portfolio of bespoke programmes, professional qualifications, and apprenticeships. It holds approved training provider status with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Google, is ISO 9001 accredited, and is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

To date, IN4 has worked with over 500 employers, engaged more than 2,000 schools and colleges, and upskilled over 6,000 people into tech jobs - 59% of whom are women and 37% from underrepresented groups. In the past three years alone, the Group has generated over £44m in social impact, including £25.3m in 2024 - a return of £3.88 for every £1 invested. This pedigree has enabled the Group to hold prestigious preferred provider status with regional and national governments.

We are seeking a Programme Manager to join our professional and dynamic team. This role is key in supporting market intelligence gathering, regional event coordination, social media content management, business tenders, and project management activities.

IN4 Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment; successful candidates will be subject to appropriate background checks and vetting procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all IN4 Group programmes.
  • Manage programme budgets, ensuring spend aligns with funding agreements, is tracked accurately, and delivers strong value for money.
  • Manage the recruitment, coordination, and performance monitoring of programme participants, facilitators, and delivery partners.
  • Lead event management associated with programme delivery – including logistics, facilitation, and collaboration across internal teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and organisations to enable effective programme delivery.
  • Identify, pursue, and cultivate new partnership and funding opportunities that support programme growth and impact.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform the development of current and future programme offerings.
  • Oversee the development of content and communications materials for recruitment, engagement, and reporting purposes.
  • Identify and manage programme risks, putting in place mitigation strategies where required.
  • Produce clear, high-quality reports that demonstrate programme impact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all programme and funding requirements, including governance, monitoring, and evaluation protocols.
  • Maintain and enhance programme management systems and tools, including CRM data accuracy and usage.
  • Support the wider business development agenda, contributing to funding bids and strategic growth planning for the programme portfolio.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in programme or project management, ideally in education, skills, or innovation-related settings.
  • Strong track record of managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience creating reports and persuasive proposals.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment both independently and collaboratively.
  • We're looking for someone ambitious and excited about working in a values-driven organisation, who enjoys and thrives working in a fast-paced organisation across a broad range of tasks and activities.
