A leading energy company is seeking a Business Analyst to support business design and change management. The role involves utilizing analytics for process improvement and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. Candidates should have project or change management experience, strong analytical skills, and excel in presentation. The position offers a salary of £35,200 - £52,800 plus bonuses and flexible working options.

The SSEN-Distribution business is undergoing a significant period of change, including a large-scale transformation programme known as The Bridge Programme. The Bridge Programme aims to 'rewire' the entire end-to-end business to transform Distribution into a customer-centric, digitally-enabled, industry leader.
As a Business Analyst, you will support the Business Design and Change Lead in all of their activities including change management and process design. You will employ qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and data presentation methods and collaborate with business and project teams to ensure integrated and successful delivery with appropriate use of the Business Change Framework.
You will monitor safety standards, ensure effective training programs, comply with governance frameworks, and analyse budget management data. Strong communication is key for building relationships and ensuring a high-performance culture.
