We are currently undergoing an aggressive growth phase and are seeking a pivotal talent to significantly expand our digital footprint and drive tangible business outcomes. This isn't a typical 9-5 role; we need an exceptional Digital Growth Manager & Content Creator to be the driving force behind our online presence, lead generation, and brand storytelling.

This role demands a highly creative powerhouse with a strategic, results-driven mind – someone willing to go above and beyond to accelerate our growth. • Dynamic Content Creation & Storytelling (Primary Focus):
• Filming & Photography:Capturing high-energy video and stunning photos at our live events (often weekends and after-hours – weekend availability is a MUST during busy season). This will involve attending shows to film content.
• Expert Editing:Rapidly editing raw footage into engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts, and long-form content showcasing our events, production, and the personalities of our founders. Highly proficient in video and image editing software.
• Repurposing Wizardry:Transforming our extensive archive of past events into fresh, compelling digital content that generates excitement and enquiries.
• Innovative Ideas:Developing original content strategies and campaign ideas, including concepts to drive engagement for our upcoming 40th-year celebration.
• Brand Voice:Ability to embody the brand, potentially acting as a charismatic "face of the brand" in content pieces.
• Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:
• Designing, executing, and optimising targeted paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) for corporate production leads, e-commerce print sales, and wedding enquiries (when in season).
• Analysing campaign performance, reporting on ROI, and constantly iterating to maximise lead quality and conversion.
• E-commerce Development & Management:
• Working closely with us to set up, manage, and grow our online print shop (leveraging your e-commerce savvy and our printing capabilities) for fast market sales.
• Ensuring product listings are engaging, optimised, and drive direct sales.
• Digital Presence & Website Management:
• Collaborating with our web developer to ensure our new website is optimised for content, lead capture, and e-commerce functionality.
• Managing and updating all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) with a consistent, engaging strategy.
• Developing concise, impactful brand guidelines, logos, and digital brochures/PDFs for our corporate and print services.

We are seeking a truly exceptional individual or agile agency partner, and extensive, relevant experience is an absolute must.

• Proven Experience:A strong background in digital marketing with a focus on both creative content production and performance marketing strategies. A proven history of successful campaigns that have driven tangible results, ideally within the events, entertainment, or production industry.
• Creative & Technical Expertise:You are a creative visionary with the ability to translate ideas into impactful marketing materials. You are highly proficient in both videography/photographyand professional video/image editing software, with a portfolio to prove your skills.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset:You are a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of data, including proficiency in Google Analytics, to interpret insights and make informed decisions regarding ROI and campaign optimisation.
• E-commerce Proficiency:Demonstrated ability to set up and manage online stores (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Self-Starter & Proactive:Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and take initiative without constant supervision. You must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
• Exceptional Communication:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and brand representation.
• Flexibility & Dedication:Crucially, you must have weekend availability for filming events during busy periods, and be willing to attend events after standard hours, as much of our work is outside traditional office hours. This is non-negotiable for capturing our core content.
