Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Garvagh for a Project Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as preparation of GA Drawings (Planning, Building Control and Tender ) managing projects, overseeing architectural designs, coordinating with clients contractors, Consultants and Statutory Bodies , and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Working Drawings and Architectural Drawings
  • Experience in Architectural Design in both Residential, Commercial and Industrial.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations Essential
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in drawing skills
  • Experience in AutoCAD desirable
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in Project Management and Contract Administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Ideally Applicant will have gained RIBA / CIAT Chartership or at least be working towards this.
