Job summary
A renowned ethical beauty retailer based in the UK is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to lead forecasting efforts across product categories. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy and support key business processes. Ideal candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sectors. - 3–5 years in demand planning, supply chain, or commercial planning roles.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors preferred.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement in forecasting.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes and cross-functional planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting for all categories for given customer base/geography.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer forecast assumptions.
- Support the S&OP process by presenting forecasts and analyzing risks.
- Monitor post-launch performance and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to inform forecast models.
- Track and report forecast accuracy and improve planning processes.
