Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand planning, supply chain, or commercial planning roles.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in forecasting.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting for all categories for given customer base/geography.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer forecast assumptions.
• Support the S&OP process by presenting forecasts and analyzing risks.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to inform forecast models.
• Track and report forecast accuracy and improve planning processes.
