Children's Residential Deputy Manager

- Support young people with their daily routines; get them ready for school, prep for meal times, and plan activities.

- Undertake direct work with young people and act as an appropriate role model.
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.
- Develop in consultation with young people and staff routines in relation to all aspects of child care.
