A national health and social care provider seeks a Waking Night Support Worker in Weymouth to assist children with moderate to severe learning difficulties. In this full-time role, you'll support daily tasks, encourage engagement in activities, and ensure a safe environment. Bay House in Weymouth is an OFSTED registered service that provides specialist residential short breaks for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and associated behavioural challenges, physical disabilities, and sensory impairment.
There are currently 22 children who enjoy the support of short breaks, with ages ranging from 6 years old to 17 years old.
