Job summary
A leading care provider in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Laundry Assistant for a part-time role from 4-8 pm working a 3 on 3 off rotation. The role focuses on maintaining the laundry area, ensuring residents' clothing is well cared for, and hydrating colleagues within an environment prioritizing kindness. Experience is preferred but comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of order in the laundry area.
- Wash, dry, iron, and repair items as needed.
- Maintain linen stocks and communicate issues to the Senior Housekeeper.
- Create a well-maintained environment for residents.
