Job summary
A local authority in Greater Manchester is seeking an administrative support professional to assist in delivering elections and maintaining the Electoral Register. This role requires good communication and ICT skills, flexibility, and adaptability. You will support the Elections Office, attend committee meetings, and assist with civic events. This position offers valuable experience in local governance with a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support for elections.
- Maintain an accurate Electoral Register year-round.
- Attend committee meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Support civic events and clerk School Admission Appeal hearings.
