• Proven experience supporting Google & Microsoft in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of user management and security settings.
• Proficient in supporting both Mac & PC.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to user accounts and permissions.
• Install, configure, and deploy workstations and other end-user devices.
