A leading technology and defense company is seeking an IVVQ Manager to lead virtual teams in system integration and system testing. The ideal candidate will manage testing specifications and client interactions, ensuring high-quality results. Knowledge of IVVQ Engineering tools and a relevant degree are necessary. Candidates must also achieve SC Clearance for this position, which is essential for working effectively in a defense environment. IVVQ Manager
Cheadle / Templecombe / Crawley
A hybrid approach to office and remote working is offered. We would expect 4 days per week as the standard days on Cheadle / Templecombe / Crawley sites / other Thales sites.
To lead a number of virtual teams and take the lead in all aspects of system integration and system testing including reviewing/authorising test specifications, approving/authorising the testing, reporting and investigating defects.

This role requires SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held; if not, the successful applicant must undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance. For further guidance please refer to the UKSV website.
To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years, or a minimum of 3 years residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted with additional overseas checks.
