Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in providing legal and/or financial services and have a background in call center and customer service operations. They will ensure compliance with established business rules and achieve key performance metrics while delivering financial and legal services to disabled veterans and their caregivers. The role includes overseeing Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Supervisors, Paralegals, and financial paraprofessionals to meet performance goals and maintain excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in program or operations management.
  • Experience with call center operations and compliance-driven environments.
  • Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, Section 508 compliance, and government contracting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with 24/7/365 operations.
