As Growth Marketer at Autoenhance.ai, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing engine. From designing full‑funnel growth strategies to building smart automations, you’ll own and execute digital campaigns that scale our global customer base. You'll work across multiple channels to automate, optimize, and experiment. We are looking for someone with an AI‑first mindset who can utilise automation to grow Autoenhance.ai.

You’ll define strategy, implement marketing systems, and make data‑driven decisions that directly fuel our growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team and have the opportunity to significantly boost your own career, perfectly equipping you for ongoing professional growth in arapidly evolving AI landscape.

What you’ll do

• Own and execute full‑funnel growth strategies by optimizing the product‑led funnel, enhancing awareness, activation, and conversion through experimentation and feedback.
• Automate and optimize marketing operations by building no‑code workflows (e.g. with n8n, Intercom) for lead nurturing, onboarding, retargeting, and reporting.
• Create and manage content marketing to drive growth with blogs, emails, video, campaigns and landing pages.
• Track performance and manage budgets by monitoring key metrics (CAC, LTV, activation), run growth loop reporting, and allocate spend for maximum ROI using AI‑driven insights and automation.

About the candidate

• 3–5+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing (ideally in B2B SaaS)
• Performance‑focused: experience with SEO, SEM, paid social, and CRO
• Hands‑on with marketing automation tools and analytics (e.g. GA4)
• Strong communicator with abias for fast execution and iteration
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to experiment
• Able to work with strong overlap in UK/EU time zones
• Experience in proptech, AI tools, or imaging
• Familiarity with sales‑assisted funnels (MQL → SQL)
• Basic HTML/CSS or design skills to tweak landing pages
