Overview
Chambers and Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy. This role is pivotal in creating and driving innovative content that resonates within existing markets while exploring new opportunities to engage with newer markets and audiences. You will be reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to enhance the Chambers brand.
- Measure content performance in a consistent and repeatable manner that enables tracking progress over time.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for content expansion into new formats and newer markets.
- Ensure content consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Content Strategy

- Innovate and experiment with new content formats and ideas to engage our audience.
Reporting
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of content marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and content strategy concepts, with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable content plans.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve optimal results.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and analyse the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align messaging and achieve common goals.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Person Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior content marketing role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of content strategy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
