Process Production Manager (Pre-cook)
Location: Heanor (Matthew Walker site)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm
Valeo Foods UK is looking for a passionate and driven Process Production Manager (Pre-cook) to join our production team at the Matthew Walker site in Heanor and help us elevate our operations. You will support the Manufacturing Manager in delivering the vision, strategy and day-to-day tactical plan for the factory, including food safety requirements. You will review and monitor operating results to ensure the operation remains within plan for yield, wastage, energy, labour and material costs, and you will update and recommend actions to the Manufacturing Manager. You will manage a team of Team Leaders and production staff to ensure products are produced to agreed standards, in the correct volumes, in a safe and timely manner and in a cost-effective way.
