Job summary
An arts organization based in Greater London is seeking a Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Development to lead fundraising efforts and expand support for its ambitious Strategic Plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong fundraising background, evidence of successful philanthropic bids, and exceptional relationship-building skills. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the organization’s transformative projects and work with influential partners. The role is pivotal in supporting performing artists from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a cultural and social impact.
Qualifications
- Strong track record in fundraising and establishing relationships with supporters.
- Experience in complex philanthropic bids and devising fundraising strategies.
- Ability to lead a development team and engage a network of supporters.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead the Development Department for significant fundraising growth.
- Engage with potential supporters for transformational gifts.
- Build relationships with a global network of partners and advocates.
