Qualifications

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Helpdesk experience in Facilities Management preferred.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems, preferably Concept.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate work for engineers and manage the diary for the region.
  • Update and close out jobs on the CAFM system.
  • Raise purchase orders for reactive works.
  • Support Project Managers in various project works.
  • Maintain the database of quotations and compliance certificates.

Strong Customer service skills
Helpdesk experience in Facilities Management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
