Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and supervise the cleaning team across all campuses to deliver exceptional service
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures including risk assessments.
• Monitor cleaning quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety.
• Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies
• Seek out new innovative cleaning systems with sustainability being at the forefront of everything we do.
• Provide training and support to our amazing teams of cleaners

The ideal candidate will have:

• Above all a flexible approach.
• Previous experience of a cleaning management role.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

• Flexibility around hours is key for this role. You will need to be willing to have early starts at 7am.
• We can accommodate someone looking to work less than all year round, up to 44 weeks potentially for the right candidate
