A leading fulfilment company in Aylesford is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to maintain and improve automated warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded and tech-savvy, responsible for ensuring systems run smoothly and providing user support for IT issues. - You will provide support for automated warehouse management systems.
- You’ll be the go-to expert keeping it all running smoothly through proactive maintenance, smart problem‑solving, and lightning‑fast repairs when production stops.
- When you’re not working on the machinery, you’ll switch gears to support our users with first‑line IT support and help deliver IT infrastructure projects.
- Mechanically minded, tech‑savvy, and endlessly curious.
- You might come from a fulfilment or technical background, or maybe you just have that instinct to tinker, fix, and improve.
- You’ll thrive on challenges, spot opportunities for improvement, and take real pride in keeping things running at peak performance.

Salary: Highly competitive + great benefits.
Location: Aylesford, Kent – this role is 100% site based.
Hours: 2pm – 10pm Monday – Friday.
