Responsibilities

• Conduct service visits to maintain service support.
• Respond to customer service requests for repairs.
• Perform fault diagnosis and implement repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance as per guidelines.
• Install equipment and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training to customers for equipment use.
• Manage inventory of spare parts for service operations.

Skills

Experience as an engineer on MFD printers

IT knowledge, ability to network devices and set up scanning functions

First-class customer service experience

Experience working in a target-driven environment
