What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate and qualify a high‑quality pipeline for our Account Executive team. You will research, nurture and qualify new leads, set appointments, and articulate the value proposition of Birdeye. You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative sales culture and may advance to upper sales positions.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with senior sales managers, with the goal of becoming an Account Executive within 6–12 months.
  • Conduct online research on potential clients, generate leads, and set appointments.
  • Attend all meetings you book to receive full training and develop expertise.
  • Book and attend meetings with existing clients, adopting a "Hunter & Gather" mentality.
Requirements
  • Proven high‑volume sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Competitive nature.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with business owners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
