Job summary
A leading MGA incubator is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead and evolve their digital strategy across multiple brands. This remote, full-time role requires a strategic marketer to align digital channels with business objectives, manage key partners, and drive performance across various platforms. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, strong SEO knowledge, and expertise in HubSpot and analytics. Applicants must reside in the UK and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally across multiple brands or within an agency environment.
- Proven experience in digital strategy, SEO, HubSpot, analytics, social media, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong understanding of digital performance measurement, lead generation, and B2B marketing.
- Experience overseeing website performance, content strategy, and platform management.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver Mission's digital marketing strategy.
- Lead integration of digital activity across web and social media.
- Shape digital plans to build awareness, generate leads, and strengthen brand positioning.
- Manage Mission's digital agency for impactful campaigns.
- Oversee brand websites ensuring strong user experience and SEO performance.
