• Engage with clients to understand technical challenges and propose tailored solutions.

• Support pre-sales activities and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Stay current with cloud technologies and certifications.

Skills

Experience with AWS and/or Azure infrastructure

Expertise in Windows and Linux environments

Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, and storage

Familiarity with security tools (native and third-party)

Understanding of disaster recovery (DR) and backup solutions

Strong problem-solving and solution design skills
