Job summary
A leading tax advisory firm is seeking a Corporate & Transaction Tax Manager to join their team. This role involves preparing complex advisory jobs, managing compliance, and mentoring junior staff, all within a remote-first working environment. Ideal candidates will be qualified Chartered Tax Advisors or Chartered Accountants with a solid mix of compliance and advisory experience. This position offers flexibility and aims to support client needs across various UK locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification in a corporate tax role.
- Experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complex advisory jobs as a 'preparer' and manage corporate compliance.
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, and act as main client contact.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Draft tax reports and transaction step plans.
