Manchester | Full‑Time | £24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE £50K | Year 2 OTE £75K | Year 3 OTE £100K+
- Sell premium VIP hospitality packages to B2B and B2C clients
- Daily outbound prospecting with full telephone pitches
- Build your own pipeline from scratch and convert consistently
- Hold structured follow‑up calls, issue quotes, and close deals
- Manage accounts and drive repeat business
- Represent Headline Events at major UK and international events
This role requires confidence, control of the conversation, and the ability to build urgency.
- Previous sales experience is essential (phone‑based preferred)
- A genuine hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and competitive
- Strong closer with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Resilient, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Comfortable working at pace and taking ownership of results
- Interest in sport, live entertainment, or major events is a bonus
