Senior Power Automate Desktop Developer

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows). You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with best practices.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Apply RPA best practices across solution design, exception handling, logging, and governance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal capability development.
The Candidate
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
  • Solid understanding of RPA principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Blue Prism and/or UiPath is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
