We are expanding our Manchester office and looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to prospect, pitch, and close and who thrives in a performance‑driven environment. This is not a customer‑service role. This is a high‑energy, outbound sales position built for people who want to win.

Manchester | Full‑Time | £24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Year 1 OTE £50K | Year 2 OTE £75K | Year 3 OTE £100K+

The Role
  • Sell premium VIP hospitality packages to B2B and B2C clients
  • Daily outbound prospecting with full telephone pitches
  • Build your own pipeline from scratch and convert consistently
  • Hold structured follow‑up calls, issue quotes, and close deals
  • Manage accounts and drive repeat business
  • Represent Headline Events at major UK and international events

This role requires confidence, control of the conversation, and the ability to build urgency.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous sales experience is essential (phone‑based preferred)
  • A genuine hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and competitive
  • Strong closer with the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Resilient, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Comfortable working at pace and taking ownership of results
  • Interest in sport, live entertainment, or major events is a bonus
