• Our ages vary from 22 to 68, offering a variety of life experience, personalities, routines and habits
• We have different communication needs – from people who are non‑verbal to those who will talk your ear off. Wendy and Timothy are non‑verbal, so we need a little more time for communication
• We love to have a bit of banter and a good laugh
• Staff are all trained and coached in mandatory care skills such as first aid, fire safety and moving and positioning to name a few
• LITTLEBURN is a very active service but can also be quiet; we all enjoy going out and relaxing watching films

We all enjoy a good cup of tea or coffee.

• 3 core staff during the day, 1 nightshift and 1 sleep‑in
• Day shifts vary – 8am–9pm, 8am–8pm, 8am–10pm with 8am sleep‑in
• Night shift – 9pm–8am
