A charitable organization is seeking a Registered Manager for their children's residential home in Andover. This role requires a passionate leader with experience in residential childcare and strong safeguarding knowledge. The appointed manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with regulations, while making a significant positive impact on the lives of young people in need of support. ARC HD Services Ltd, part of the Community Integrated Care Group, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to their individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.
