Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our London Bridge studio. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and efficient workplace, supporting employees, visitors, and internal teams including the Office Manager, IT, and HR. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is proactive, resourceful, and flexible, and is excited to be a champion for CCP Games.

Your Tasks
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming office environment, including reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Manage office access passes and support office security in collaboration with the building reception team
  • Support onboarding by preparing access passes, swag, and providing office tours
  • Order and replenish studio food and drinks, as well as office supplies and stationery
  • Act as front‑of‑house: answer calls, manage mail, and greet visitors
  • Manage deliveries in and out of the studio, including couriers and taxis for staff and equipment
  • Organise in‑office events and assist with larger external events
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, IT, and HR teams
Your Profile
  • A professional attitude and the ability to work in a confidential manner
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A genuine passion for supporting a workplace and maintaining a positive team environment
