Job summary
A local business in Rushden is seeking a Finance Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be AAT level 4 qualified or equivalent, have prior experience in a similar role, and be available to start at short notice. Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, cashflow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and producing reports. This position is 100% office-based in a supportive, professional environment.

- AAT level 4 Qualified or Equivalent, or actively studying towards qualification.
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Available at short notice.
Responsibilities
- Preparing Management Accounts.
