Job summary
A renewable energy company is seeking a HSEQ WTG Team Lead in Norwich. This role involves leading HSEQ processes within wind turbine generator projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing a team of engineers. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in the offshore wind or oil and gas sectors, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and relevant certifications. - Min. 7 years work experience in Offshore Wind or Oil & Gas industry.
- Preferably certified ISO 14001 & 45001 lead auditor.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HSEQ engineers within WTG projects.
- Develop and execute annual HSEQ improvement program.
- Conduct HSEQ audits and manage investigations.
