Do you enjoy being a part of a great team? And creating empathic guest experiences? If you do, we're looking to meet you. We are looking for Housekeeping Team Members to join a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts to open Dornoch Station.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Housekeeping Team Member you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and servicing bedroom, public and ancillary areas in accordance with our exceptional standards and procedures
• Reporting any defects in the fixtures and fittings
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems reported immediately
• Working effectively with colleagues and together as part of a team
• Being knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel
• Ensuring that guest concerns are dealt with courteously and efficiently
• Maintaining the security of bedrooms and stock at all times
• Dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures
• Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures

We have several roles available for Housekeeping Team Members and welcome candidates who are interested in either part time and/or full time hours.
