Our Sales Consultants are dedicated team players with a passion for delivering excellent client experience to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience in our Mappin & Webb showrooms. Mappin & Webb has been a cornerstone of English high society for over 240 years and has an undisputed reputation for excellence in the craftsmanship of silverware and fine jewellery. Granted a Royal Warrant by Her Majesty Queen Victoria in 1897, the Company has held a Royal Warrant to each succeeding monarch. In 2012, Mappin & Webb's master craftsman was appointed Crown Jeweller, custodian of the Crown Jewels of Her Majesty the Queen, the greatest honour that can be bestowed upon a jeweller. In 2017, Mappin & Webb's Master Craftsman, Mark Appleby, was appointed and continues to hold this position. This year he was involved in both the late Queen's State Funeral and the adjustments of the crowns for the coronation of King Charles III.
