A luxury brand retailer in Cheltenham is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant. You will provide exceptional customer service, apply a personalized selling approach, and assist in store-related tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury. This is a part-time position offering £12.60 per hour with various employee benefits including discounts and development opportunities.
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant in our Cheltenham store. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 26 hours per week on a 2‑month fixed term contract until January 2026.
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store‑related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and the ability to approach any task with a positive, can‑do attitude. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, having the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI’s and have flexibility in your working arrangements to be able to suit business requirements.
