We are hiring a Sales Executive in the UK&I to join our Workshop Equipment business, a division of WAECO Germany WSE, an established premium brand in the automotive segment and a global benchmark for the A/C service and maintenance industry.

About the Position

The sales representative will further develop WAECO WSE's profitable growth and drive sales with recurring business to existing and new customers. You will work independently and proactively, identifying and developing new revenue areas for profitable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential new customers, including wholesalers, distributors and other automotive customers
  • Develop sales activities and revenue in accordance with the overall strategy and pricing
  • Maintain in‑depth product knowledge through targeted sales training
  • Prepare and process price negotiations and offers
  • Generate reports on revenue, quotes, backlogs, customer statistics, market analysis, sales data analysis and forecast planning
  • Coordinate closely with other internal functions such as product management, purchasing and office sales
  • Prepare and present company and product presentations to customers
  • Participate in relevant trade fairs in the UK and Europe
Skills & Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales of technical products in the automotive sector (preferably workshop equipment)
  • Completed technical (preferably automotive technical) or business administration training
  • Product and market knowledge in the workshop equipment business (preferably A/C service) is desirable
  • Competent, confident appearance and very good written and spoken communication skills
