Sales Advisor - Call Centre (Pacifica Group)

Location: Houghton-le-Spring, Tyne and Wear, DH4

Job type: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Bonus

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm

We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy call centre based in Houghton-le-Spring. Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Selling appliance warranty packages and services
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Following all company policies, processes, and compliance regulations
  • Working onsite at the Houghton-le-Spring office (no remote work)
  • Flexibility required; hours may change
Required Qualifications
  • Previous proven experience in a contact centre sales role
  • Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback and develop quickly
  • Reliable, trustworthy and professional approach at all times
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets and bonuses

  • Ability to travel to the Houghton-le-Spring office (no remote role)
