Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead initiatives that enhance the colleague experience. This role entails driving engagement, supporting managers, and fostering a culture of wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, offering an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a prestigious healthcare environment.

- Collaborate with Internal Comms, the CEO, and CHRO to craft clear, inspiring messages.
- Present insights that shape decisions and improve the work environment.
- Guide managers to create positive, inclusive teams.

CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
