The TWCS Business Execution team is responsible for the overall business strategy, strategic projects execution, technology agenda management and execution, performance management and productivity. This Senior Vice President role is a senior role responsible for business performance and productivity of Core Trade Product and UK, Europe, and Middle East & Africa (MEA) Clusters. It reports directly to the Head of TWCS Business Execution Performance & Productivity.**What you’ll do:**This Business Execution role supports the Heads of Product and Clusters and respective teams with the execution of strategic priorities, helping formulate and drive strategic initiatives, manage financials end to end, execute on expense management, manage objectives, and key results. The role also works closely with key stakeholders including the wider Business Execution team, Product, Sales, Finance, Controllers, Operation and Technology, as well as other parts of Services, to drive the growth agenda and to develop frameworks and best practices to efficiently manage the business. As such, this role has high exposure to senior leaders across TWCS and the firm.* Partner with the Heads of Core Trade and UK, Europe, and MEA in setting the strategy, goals, and priorities. Work closely with their respective teams to execute the strategy, drive key initiatives, and deliver strong results* Manage Core Trade, UK, Europe, and MEA financials, working closely with the Product and Cluster heads, Product, Sales, Finance, Controllers, Operations, Technology and Risk & Controls to resolve P&L reporting issues, identify root causes, implement permanent solutions and controls* Manage expenses including direct expenses (comp and non-comp related items), headcount management, and indirect expenses, such as global function, operations, and technology allocations* Perform analysis and provide recommendations related to forecasting, planning, outlook management, productivity and balance sheet aimed to improve business performance and results* Manage and drive Product and Cluster priorities and OKRs, including reporting and communication* Prepare presentations for senior management.
