Regional Care Home Director – North East (5 Sites)
Job summary
A family-run healthcare provider in North East England seeks a Regional Manager to oversee 5 care homes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance and quality standards, provide management to Home Managers, and maintain relationships with external stakeholders. This role offers a salary of circa £70k DOE plus mileage and a £5k car allowance, along with numerous employee benefits including discounts, training opportunities, and a strong focus on employee wellbeing.

- Broad experience of operating at a management level, preferably multi-site.
- Must demonstrate a caring ethos, being concerned for both residents and staff members.
- Comprehensive legislative knowledge regarding CQC and related bodies.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of business and quality performance targets for a portfolio of care homes.
- Provide direct line management to the Care Home managers.
- Conduct detailed monthly Provider/Compliance visits for each Care Home.
- Monitor customer experience and support under-performing Homes.
- Assist the Company with the development of care-related Policies and Procedures.
