We are seeking a UK-based Corporate Nominee Director to support the setup of a UK bank account and ensure ongoing corporate compliance. This is a part‑time, non‑operational role with minimal involvement, ideal for someone looking for a low‑commitment professional appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remotely assist with signing documents related to bank account openings.
• Maintain nominal involvement in corporate compliance as required.

Time Commitment: Initial setup may require 1–2 hours in the first month. Ongoing responsibilities are light and infrequent—often just a few minutes per month, and occasionally no action needed.

Compensation: £125 per month (£1,500 annually) for nominee director services.

Your new role

• Advise clients on corporate tax matters, both compliance and planning.

• Play an active role in business development – proposals, networking, and spotting opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a growing team, sharing your knowledge and helping others develop.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA or ACCA qualified (CTA would be a bonus).
• Strong corporate tax experience across compliance and advisory.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to manage and develop people.
• An interest in business development and building client relationships.

What you'll get in return

• Salary dependent on experience up to £100,000 + £5k car allowance, a bonus, 27 days annual leave with the option to buy more.
