We are seeking a UK-based Corporate Nominee Director to support the setup of a UK bank account and ensure ongoing corporate compliance. This is a part‑time, non‑operational role with minimal involvement, ideal for someone looking for a low‑commitment professional appointment.
Key Responsibilities:
Time Commitment: Initial setup may require 1–2 hours in the first month. Ongoing responsibilities are light and infrequent—often just a few minutes per month, and occasionally no action needed.
Compensation: £125 per month (£1,500 annually) for nominee director services.
