What you'll do:

• Help our teams maintain a welcoming environment, completing your list of daily cleaning tasks
• Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless service
• Help us keep our teams safe through safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow all cleaning specifications, SOPs, daily schedules, and site-specific security procedures.
• Work safely by adhering to all Health & Safety, COSHH, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain and use cleaning equipment correctly, reporting faults and ensuring safe storage at all times.
• Keep cleaning stores tidy, organised and compliant with security and safety requirements.
• Attend required training to maintain high standards and support continual contract improvement.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and visitors to deliver exceptional customer service

What you'll bring:

• You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
• Experience working within a professional cleaning environment, ideally as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards, compliance and safe systems of work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and Health & Safety/COSHH guidelines accurately.
• Good attention to detail, personal presentation and adherence to uniform standards.
• Reliability, flexibility and willingness to work out-of-hours when required.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying hazards, reporting issues and improving service quality.
