The Clinical Systems Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solutions across healthcare organisations. This role encompasses deployment activities for leading EPR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, Lorenzo, and similar systems.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with organisational objectives.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Support solution design, testing, and validation to ensure the system meets agreed requirements and delivers expected benefits.
- Assist with change management activities, including process mapping, user training, and go‑live support.
- EPR Expertise is essential for this hire
- Strong understanding of NHS workflows and clinical processes
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
