As Warehouse Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the warehouse operation, ensuring efficient material flow to support manufacturing and customer delivery requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the warehouse team to drive performance, engagement, and safety
- Overseeing goods inwards, storage, picking, and dispatch operations
- Ensuring stock accuracy through robust inventory control processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Working closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to meet business demands
- Contributing to operational KPIs and reporting on warehouse performance
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a Warehouse or Stores Management role within an Engineering setting.
- Strong people management and leadership capability.
- Experience with inventory management systems / ERP and is tech savy.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving operational change
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to lead from the front
