Leaps & Bounds Nursery are looking for a new Nursery Assistant Apprentice, you will be studying toward your Early Years Educator Level 3.
Amazing opportunity to join Leaps & Bounds Nursery. We are seeking to appoint a Nursery Apprentice. You will be joining a nursery where the team are supportive, happy, and enthusiastic about creating amazing experiences for their children.
To assist team members in providing the highest standard of care and education for the children in daily operation of the nursery, including positive partnerships with staff and parents. To liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.
This involves regular catch‑ups, check‑in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely toward your study. This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible. On completion of this 18‑month apprenticeship you will have gained Early Years Educator Level 3. Possibility of a full‑time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
